EDM Machine

An upgraded method in the field of machining is EDM (Electric Discharge Machining). Any conductive material can be machined accurately using an EDM process. Hard materials can be machined to simple to complex shapes by this machining process, which involves workpiece and electrode in dielectric fluid. Thermal energy is used for removing material from the workpiece. This non traditional EDM machine is used when other milling machines can not be used for complex shaped workpieces made from hard materials. Three models of this machine are available, including ZNC 4025 EDM, ZNC 5030 and ZNC 6040.
